the studio felt so sweet. the breakfast design felt thoughtful, and i love the mountain view. the arrangement of everything felt so sweet.
i asked for a towel, but there werent enough. the staff seemed to be short on supplies to properly offer the service that they wanted, i felt.

a tender bulgarian escape
considerate gesture relaxing space peaceful atmosphere
The staff was kind. They agreed to refund nights we could not use due to an early departure.. i appreciated this considerate gesture greatly. the spa facilities provided a wonderful space for relaxation after a long day, and the food was both fresh and delicious. i especially loved how quiet it was.

amazing stay with great amenities
cozy lobby tasty breakfast friendly staff
i found the lobby super cozy the breakfast was tasty i liked the coffee and domestic herbal tea home made chocolate cream was also very tasty the staff were friendly but they were understaffed i appreciated the quiet location close to the center
the spa facilities were full of children and we couldn't have some peace they were not clean the pool water was blurry i could not see the bottom of the pool and cleaning mops were next to the pool with buckets

breakfast had a great variety though some days it felt repetitive the restaurant staff worked to accommodate special requests coffee was always fresh the dining area felt spacious, a big plus for families.
